Privacy Policy
Complyde ("we," "us") provides website accessibility and SEO scanning and remediation services. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
If you book a call, buy a fix, or otherwise contact us directly, we collect the information you provide — name, email, business, and anything you tell us on a call.
Separately, as part of our outreach, we may collect publicly available business information (business name, public website, and public contact email) about businesses whose public-facing websites we scan, in order to send a one-time findings report. Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
This site itself does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To send you the scan findings report and follow-up emails.
- To deliver the accessibility fix or monitoring service you've purchased.
- To respond to a call or message you've sent us.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run the service, each of which processes data on our behalf and has its own privacy policy governing how they handle it:
- Stripe — payment processing. We don't store your card details ourselves.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Brevo — sending the emails described above.
- Supabase — secure database storage for the information described above.
Data retention
We keep business and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to you, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we're required to keep records (for example, payment records) for legal or tax purposes.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our service is directed at businesses, not individual consumers, and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We only share it with the service providers above as needed to run the service, or if required to by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, or by emailing us directly. To ask what information we have about your business, to request a copy of it, or to request it be deleted, email hello@complyde.co. If you're a California resident, these same rights are available to you under the CCPA — we don't sell your personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
